"Mmhm." It's weird. The whole situation is weird, and he's realizing that more and more the more space there is between him and that alley. It is weird that there is a coat made out of his scales and it is doubly weird that he's wearing it, but he's come this far now, hasn't he?

It all follows very logically and was definitely worth the two broken arms and various other injuries.
